Look what came in the mail for me yesterday! I have to admit I’m a little intimidated. The book is super thick and the writing super small. I’m not sure if I read it cover to cover or just pick things out that relate to how I’m feeling currently.
The first chapter just starts right out saying you can change the way you feel. If you’re sad, you don’t have to be. If you’re angry, you can stop it. That’s a tall order. We’ll see how they say to do it but if they say meditation I will scream.
